All appointments must be booked 48 hours in advance. A non-refundable deposit will be collected upon booking unless the reason for the cancellation is the fault of the salon. All appointments will be cancelled 10 minutes after the client has not arrived on their scheduled date/time. You should receive a confirmation text within 24 hours of your appointment.
